Deeply Human Teaching sells digital products. Once you have access, you can't give a download back. So all sales are final, with the exceptions below.

My promise on workshops and the Playbook

This covers the $19.99 workshops and the HS Teacher's Playbook.

If it doesn't work for your classroom, email me first. We'll troubleshoot together. If you still don't think it was worth it, I'll refund 100% of what you paid. No hard feelings.

To use the promise, email me within 30 days of your purchase. Include the email you used at checkout and the product name.

Small products

Task cards and other $4.99 products are final sale.

DHT Club Premium

Premium is $22 a month. There is no free trial.

You can cancel anytime in Skool. You keep Premium until the end of the month you already paid for. I don't give refunds or partial refunds for months that have started.

The free DHT Club community costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.

If something went wrong

If you were charged twice, or your access link never showed up, email me. I'll fix it or refund the extra charge.

Before you dispute a charge

Please email me first. Most problems take one email to fix, and a bank dispute takes weeks.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Your access to that product ends once the refund goes through.
