        How to record and share a video from your phone
        1. Record. Open your Camera app, flip to selfie mode, and talk for 30 to 60 seconds. Not sure what to say? Tell me what changed in your planning.
        2. Upload. Open the free Google Drive app. Tap the + button, then Upload, and pick your video. Give it a minute to finish.
        3. Open sharing. Tap the three dots next to your video. Choose Share or Manage access.
        4. Change access. Where it says Restricted, change it to Anyone with the link. Otherwise I can't watch it.
        5. Copy the link. Tap the three dots again and choose Copy link. Come back here and paste it in the box.

        No computer needed. Prefer YouTube? Upload it as Unlisted and paste that link instead.
